Implemented this dependency refactoring in Rev. 817967:
Create AbstractConfigurationPrinter from which new
PreferencesConfigurationPrinter and ConfigurationAdminConfigurationPrinter
extend. The latter two take the Preferences Service and Configuration Admin
printing functionality formerly included in the ConfigurationRender itself.
Also include the OSGi ServiceTracker in the bundle directly.
