I reworked the annotations of all shell commands to supply a better help page.
Also I fixed some issues in the BlueprintCommand class which prepares the help
for the commands (one wrong set paranthesis and missing whitespaces in the
syntax line) and set a fixed space from left screen for both argument
description and option description as the tab character is not working good if
an option or arg name is too long.
Added also explanation to the branding (intro screen) how to exit the Karaf as
this is hard to find for new users.
