A lot of stuff in the karaf setup is configurable, but the directory in which
the maven-like bundle repo is located is not. For geronimo integration we'd
like to not surprise our users and use "repository" instead of "system".
I'm attaching a minimal patch to enable configuring this, I'll refine it if the
idea meets with approval.
