Yes, we don't use the json stuff, so actually the license should be
removed. Now the funny thing is that I don't have the license in my
checkout and even an svn update/revert/whatever does not show any hint
that the license is there :( (revision 820366). Therefore I didn't
notice it when I built the release.

I'm now removing my whole checkout....
