I committed a maven project to build the Karaf PDF and HTML manual in my
sandbox at:

Notes:
1) Big part of the code of the project is taken from
http://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/camel/trunk/tooling/camel-manual
Since it's an Apache project, I don't think there will be issues with that
2) camel-manual (and therefore karaf-manual) use a maven module available at:
http://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/camel/trunk/tooling/maven/maven-html-to-pdf
This module uses a closed source tool available at www.princexml.com to
generate the PDF. Is it acceptable?
There are still a couple of outstanding bugs in the conversion, I'll try to fix
them in the next few days.
