Add framework, org.osgi and gogo bundles to felix obr index

A while ago we had a discussion on the mailing list [1] about adding the felix
framework to the felix obr index. I'm happy to take a shot at this if someone
can point me in the right direction?
It would also be useful, even though we've removed the org.osgi bundles from
the maven dependencies to list them in the felix repository. The reason for
this is that it is a much smaller set of dependencies compared with the uber
list at osgi.org which is therefore quicker to index and search for
dependencies.
Finally whilst doing some related development work I noticed that the gogo
bundles are not yet included in the felix index which may just be an oversight?
