This is my first attempt to add cometd/bayeux support to the HTTP Service.
Unfortunately, it doesn't work. The bayeux object is never created
(context.getAttribute(Bayeux.ATTRIBUTE) returns null) and I can't figure out
why.
I saw on the dev list that a few others have already implemented cometd on top
of the HTTP Service. Perhaps another set of eyes can see what I'm doing wrong.
