As discussed in http://www.nabble.com/Welcome-message-to26013690.html it would
be useful to make the Main class more friendly to customization, in this
particular case for the framework "Welcome" message.
Subclassing/extending the launcher without duplication is difficult at the
moment since all its methods are static; moving the methods into instance
methods and allowing subclassing could be a first step.
