Output from Karaf is poorly formatted when connected to console via ssh
connection.
This may be related to recent changes in Mina SSHD:

Restoring LfToCrLfFilterOutputStream to mina sshd appears to resolve the issue
for Karaf, however we may want to resolve this issue on our side. Thoughts?
