The attached patch includes some updates to SchemaObr.xsd that allows the
generated repository.xml to be validated against the schema. For example:
$ xmllint --noout --schema bundleplugin/src/main/resources/SchemaObr.xsd
~/.m2/repository/repository.xml
/home/gawor/.m2/repository/repository.xml validates
