Fix For: http-2.0.6
ConfigAdmin packages is now required in org.apache.felix.http.jetty. To make
this optional we need to change JettyService to be able to detect if
ManagedService classes is present. Log message if available/not-available. Also
the ConfigAdmin packages should have optional flag set under Import-Package
statement.
