apache-felix-framework-usage-documentation.html documents that felix.cache.dir
and felix.cache.profile are gone and that felix.cache.profiledir has been
renamed to the standard org.osgi.framework.storage. The Javadoc in
BundleCache.java has however not been updated accordingly.
