That is not the issue, for some reason our static web site is not getting
generated properly from our wiki. Every link works fine if you use the wiki:
http://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/FELIX/Index
I think we need to nuke the static site completely (since old pages are not
garbage collected) and regenerate from scratch.
