Add more info to log and console when feature bundles fail to resolve

Equinox does not give the bundle name in the BundleException when a bundle
fails to resolve. When installing a feature and a bundle fails to resolve, the
log and console output is totally worthless on Equinox. Felix prints the
bundle symbolic name and id, so we'll just have to work around Equinox and add
more info when we catch the exception.
