The new resolver's requirement is modeled as an LDAP-like filter. In Felix 2.0,
we moved away from our own filter implementation and to the standard OSGi
filter implementation. The new resolver's requirement filter should be extended
to meet the needs of the OSGi Filter and we should return to having our own
implementation of it, which will allow for us to fine-tune performance.
