While the simple shell supplied with the Felix framework distribution has
served its purpose well, maybe it is time to make Gogo the default shell. The
old shell service will be maintained, but since the Felix distro is intended
for developers and most developers run a more modern VM, it seems to make sense
to give them a better shell.
Another possibility would be to have a real installer and give the user the
choice of installing one or the other.
