etc). Previously if the ID was >= 100 the ID get wrapped.
- fixed bundles_upload.html to propertly include the required script -

bulgarian localization for the web console plugins
however it's not ready for inclusion - it should be processed with native2ascii
Is it possible with maven to automatically process localization resources?
