The patch updates the config plugin to look like the given screen shot
In summary:
- configurations and factory configurations are in separate tables
- configurations has the following three actions: edit, unbind, delete
- factory configuration actions: create
- clicking on the name of the configuration acts like 'edit' action
- clicking on the name of the factory configuration acts like 'create' action
- yes, the cursor for names of (factory) configurations is updated to be like
in links
- reduced the size of the buttons in the editor dialog
