Server mode doesn't start Karaf in background

When you launch Karaf like this:
> ./karaf server
as expected the console is not displayed and the SSHD is started but the
process is not launched in background (whereas I think that we can expect a
daemon run).
I will propose a patch to run it in background (do not block the terminal).
