Fix For: karaf 1.6.0
currently add-features-to-repo only copy dependencies artifacts from local
maven repo, so we have to add all need dependency into pom.xml.
This is painful especially if we use some features descriptor from other
project, the features-maven-plugin should be able to parse the features.xml
and download the artifacts automatically
