Currently the OBR plugin redirects to .../obr?list=a if ../obr is directly
accessed.
This collides with the enhancement of FELIX-2226. Rather the plugin should just
internally assume the request parameter list=a if no request parameter has been
set and the request doesn not address a certain resource.
