Fix For: webconsole-3.0.0
As of Rev. 922641 (for FELIX-1988) the icons have been removed because we
introduced JQuery UI support. As of FELIX-2188 the old admin.css and admin.js
files have been removed and a new admin_compat.css as been added.
For better compatibility with older plugins, most notably those referring to
the removed icons, these icons should be resurrected.
In addition, it would be good to create a new resources folder to separate the
backwards compatibility files from the newer files.
