Display progress indiciator on configuration status page

When you open the configuration status plugin, with my language settings, the
first content to be displayed is the bundles list. It takes several seconds
until the contents of this list appears - in the meantime only the tabs are
shown.
It would be nice to have some kind of progress indicator or a message
displaying that something is currently loaded.
