Fixed in rev.934409
The conf. printer still uses r4.0 API for compatibility, but also tries to
invoke the R4.2 method ConditionalPermissionInfo.getAccessDecision() with
reflection.
This way it will work correctly in both - r4.0 and r4.2 environments.
