I have removed the commands module from the top-level gogo pom file, so it is
no longer built with the rest of the modules. I didn't delete, however.
Further, I didn't change it to use the org.apache.felix groupId, so effectively
it is no longer a gogo module. At this point, it can probably be safely
deleted, since the existing releases aren't going away. Hopefully, we'll
eventually be able to provide enough functionality in the core annotations so
this module won't be needed at all.
