When showing configurations for editing the WebConsole ignores the fact that
MetaTypeInformation.getObjectClassDefinition() might throw an exception.
This would happen quire rarely, but still, if such error occurs, the Web
Console will stop rendering the configuration. So, in that case all other
configurations, following the currently handled one will be ignored.
If that error happens at the first configuration that is being processed, then
no configuration will be shown.
