I have done the following now:
Renamed the webconsole-3.0.2 to webconsole-3.1.0 in JIRA
Created new version webconsole-3.1.2 in JIRA
Modified previously open issues
FELIX-2246: resolved, created FELIX-2410 for a minor
extension
FELIX-2391: rescheduled to webconsole-3.1.2
FELIX-2282: resolved
