Well, I've investigated the problem and it is obviously generated by the Karaf
branding plugin.
It has it's own copy of the webconsole.css. So, when we have fixed that problem
in the webconsole.css, Karaf branding should also be updated.
Having a copy of the file means, that the file should be copied and updated
every time, when we update it in the web console. However, there is more
elegant solution and I'm providing update to the resources. You can extract
these resources in the Karaf branding plugin, and delete it's own copy of
webconsole.css
