explicitly removed required dependency, then allowed "quick-fix" to re-add it.
This resulted in new dependency having explicit version, where as before it
inherited a version-range.
reverted sigil.properties in scm, refreshed file in Eclipse, but Sigil UI still
showed versioned dependency in dependencies view, while the sigil.properties
view (correctly) showed the non-versioned dependency. I tried closing and
reopening the project, but actually had to restart Eclipse before the UI
dependencies tab correctly reflected the contents of sigil.properties.
