Currently the memory usage plugin of the web console takes memory dumps at a
95% memory use level by default. This may cause memory dumps to be taken
automatically in cases, where memory consumption is ok and even expected to
grow beyond the default threshold mark.
The plugin, though, is intended to help in problematic situations and thus
requiring the plugin to be activated explicitly makes more sense than to
operate automatically.
Thus by default, automatic dump writing should be disabled.
