Fix For: webconsole-3.1.2
The Component object from the ScrService allows for more information to be
printed:
- Implementation Class
- Component Factory (if a component is a Component Factory)
- Configuration Policy (starting with API version 1.2)
This should also be listed in the Components panel, where the configuration
policy access must be guarded to not fail if SCR API version < 1.2 is available
only.
