We enabled switching the language of the webconsole but did nothing to ensure
that JqueryUI localization will also work correctly. And it doesn't. In my
experience when I switched the language, the date-picker component used to show
some Chinese symbols.
So, when switching the webconsole language we must make sure to correctly
select the JqueryUI locale.
