webconsole has option to change the language but doesn't show the currently

Web console shows a small icon in the top-right corner, that allows the user to
choose the language. However it doesn't show the currently selected one.
It's better instead of 'language selection' icon to show the 'currently
selected flag'. Then from the list you can choose from *all other* available
languages.
