As the title might change over time (fix of a typo etc., localization..) and as
it might contain url unfriendly chars like space etc, we could support a new
property "webconsole.label" - similar to the plugins.
If a label is provided, this one is used to identify the plugin
Requesting XYZ then checks for both, label and title with the value XYZ and
concats the outputs
