The DependencyManager.getService(ServiceReference) method catches
IllegalStateException possibly thrown from the BundleContext.getService method.
Unfortunately this is not the only possible exception thrown from this method.
So we have to catch Exception in general and log that situation properly to
cope with the situation and help developers/deployers.
