Add a ConfigurationStatusPrinter for the dumpfile (and ZIP file) to Package
Admin plugin which dumps the information shown on the Package Admin page into
the file (or ZIP).
This should enhance supportability of systems where potential class space
inconsistencies may be the cause for issues.
