Ok.
I think the way to deal with it is to calculate the absolute path of the bundle
in your auto-start property (i.e., don't use relative names).
However, looking at your code, since you are still giving it a relative name
and now user.dir is the project directory, the file
<project.dir>/bundle/init/openidm-repo-jdbc.jar really doesn't exist.
At a minimum, if you want to keep relative names, which is likely a mistake,
you have to change them to relative to your project directory, no?
