You can use the title of the plugin to navigate automatically to the correct
tab. As example:
http://localhost/system/console/config#Configurations
If you try a title that contain spaces this will not work. The reason is that
the URL and the anchor must be URL encoded. So using the following address:
http://localhost/system/console/config#System+Properties
will open the "System Properties" tab.
