Having the manifest alone isn't sufficient, since the error occurs after it has
calculated its dependencies. I tried to recreate the error from a set of
bundles from the SpringSource bundle repository, but for me it ended up
resolving correctly.
Perhaps you could zip up and attach to this issue the set of bundles you use to
see the error, then I can investigate it. Thanks.
