TemporalHandler patch.
TemporalHandler waits for a "temporal.filters" property, like DependencyHandler
does with "requires.filters".
As @Temporal (and @temporal.Requires) doesn't have a dependency ID, the filter
injection is based on the field name.
I don't know if it's difficult to add an "id" information to @Temporal fields.
