Resolution: Fixed
In Rev. 1210494 changed all module POMs to refer to the new parent POM and to
explicitly define its own version (future updates will probably have to change
the ${pom.*} references to hard coded values.
Also had to add ASL headers to a few files to comply with licensing requirements
