Committed a first shot a Felix provided Web Console plugin in Rev.
1238456/1238457.
This is basically the Karaf WebConsole plugin mentioned by Guillaume above with
some dependencies from Karaf Shell inlined and stripped down. Particularly the
blueprint stuff and Felix Gogo internals are removed.
