Currently maven-ipojo-plugin leaves the compiled classes and MANIFEST.MF file
in project folder unmanipulated. By the help of ipojo-manipulator's new
directory manipulating ability, maven-ipojo-plugin can be extended to provide
more lifecycle operations and keep project folder synched with generated
ipojo-bundle.
