+1 I'm not sure that the NOTICE in the runtime project is correct in relation to all the sub NOTICES. You mention osgi in some of them but not in the root one which seems somewhat inconsistent. However, as far as I can see you don't include the source and for the binaries the correct subproject NOTICES are picked hence, I'm not even sure whether it is an issue at all (at least it is not a showstopper imo).
