Until the scr plugin receives an overhaul to support execution within Eclipse
it makes sense to disable its execution. This happens by default anyway since
m2e 1.0 but the plugin is flagged with an error and forces the user to disable
it by adding a lifecycle mapping snippet in pom.xml .
The attached patch instructs m2e to ignore the scr plugin by default, therefore
removing the need to manually ignore it.
