This is a suggestion for felix:uninstall.
You can specify different bundle levels for a bundle. It would be nice to have
a uninstall command that uninstalls all bundles of a dedicated level. For
example
Uninstall all bundles of bundlelevel 6
uninstall -a 6
uninstall -a(ll) 6
