Hi Karl,
if i trying to create a connection with jTDS driver i getting following
exception:

Thats true, they are no files like Messages_de_DE.properties or
Messages_de.properties only Messages.properties. After setting
Locale.setDefault(new Locale("")); the found the Messages.properties.
