I tested patched code and observe that "attach same device multiple times"
behavior was fixed for the scenario when device-service-advertising bundle was
updated.

It is still another issue: if DAS itself is updated: it would still perform
multiple attach calls for the same device, but this scenario has an easy
workaround and should not affect application use substantially (if not
forgotten by sysadmin).
I will not comment on tests execution as I did not test it yet.
