How to reproduce:
1. Advertise 2 instances of the services with one "DEVICE_CATEGORY" advertised
2. Make sure to register matching driver with DAS
3. Make sure to log "attach" requests
4. Update DAS through FileInstall
5. "attach" request will be observed 6 times (3 times per advertised device
service) -> WRONG?
6. remove and re-add advertised device services and observe "attach" request
made 2 times -> RIGHT!
