The dialog offered to install and update bundles currently allows for selecting
bundles and defining the bundle's start levels and whether to automatically
start (new) bundles.
In the case of bundle updates it would at times be helpful to be able to ask
for a refresh after updating bundles.
I suggest we add a check box to the bundle upload dialog to select whether to
refresh or not. By default this box would be unchecked.
